You're short on time, do you...
- go for a quick walk?
- go for a quick run?
- do some weight work?
- do some push-ups/ab work?
- s-t-r-e-t-c-h?
- do nothing?

Well, I'm one of the nothings.
You know.....here's my thoughts on this; I actually voted for 'push-ups or ab work', now of course this would be my choice on a day where I am short on time, PLUS have the energy. If in fact I'm not up to it that day, or just plain lazy, I'd choose 'do nothing' LOL

I'm definitely a walker and I've got the feet to prove it! (I think I need a pedicure. LOL) If I'm at the gym, though, I'll do stairs for those few minutes - that seems to give the most bang for the buck when it comes to calorie burning.
