Well, I'm a chocoholic... so anytime I'm near it it's a real fight not to have some, other than I can fight the urge on just about everything else. I guess my other "diet enemy" would be foods prepared by others, I feel like I'll let them down if I don't just try some and that can get dangerous (it's like I forget there's any calories in anything LOL)
I too have a couple of weakness'!! I'd say my number one weakness is beer. Couple of years ago I gave it up for Lent....and it really jump-started some weight loss. Another pitfall is pasta/potatoes!!
There's another weakness: Nowhere near enough veggies in my diet. I like to sautee onions and peppers in a little olive oil to go with many dishes, but that seems to be the extent of it for me. (Unless you count pasta sauce as a vegetable. LOL)
I'd have to say my biggest weakness at the moment is chips. Fritos and Bugles specifically but anything salty and crunchy works. Did pretty good all last week. A little falter over the weekend but tried to off set damage.
When I first started coming to this board soda was my biggest weakness. However, I switched from full flavor soda to Coke's C2 which was half the sugar, then eventually down to Coke Zero, no sugar. I typically only have one 12 oz. can a day. Diet Dr. Pepper is also a good diet drink. You don't sacrifice too much in taste.
I always love a good loaf of french bread. I've always thought if they'd serve me French bread and water in jail what do I got to do to get in??? Not to mention the add benefit of not having to do house work etc. lol
