My first exercise goal has already been blown this week! - Off to a great start huh? Ds is home sick from school so I was unable to go to the 11 o'clock TKD class. Bummer I have been trying to do better getting to that class on the Mondays that do not follow a work Sunday night.

Your daughter should have a blast on her birthday what a great alternative to the traditional party. Happy 8th birthday to her!

That is very true that it costs more than that to throw a party! Even if you go on the "cheap" and rent a balloon bouncy thing (we did that last year) for entertainment...that thing costs 150 for 4 hours. I know for certain she wants a Pixter...those things are about 80 dollars. That leaves her a few more choices, depending on what they are. :o) She was very excited about the change. We told her we would do a party of some sort this summer...just for fun... maybe a slumber party, or a tea party, something like that...not a costly thing. Hubby is having to pay for seminary...and its very expensive... so money is tight and that was part of my motivation for the change. I am excited to see what all she will pick out...she is going to be so excited and also will take hours probably to decide, ha.
