I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get yourself motivated. I can't get myself to workout!! I feel too lazy and saying oh I'll start tomorrow. I really want to start working out, but keep putting it off. I guess I don't know where to start. I do want to lose weight.

Every workout you do gets you closer to being thinner. Start with that, then you see results, and that works. Then the energy kicks in and that motivates you because you feel so good. Then the best thing happens..........you don't have to kick yourself for every bad thing you eat! In moderation and continued working out you can enjoy eating again. Its the greatest thing ever!
