I didn't work out all week....again.... and my diet was terrible.

Heya Sonia - luckily the wagon keeps coming around for us - so you can hop back on!!
Whoever said it doesn't have to be all or nothing is so right. Maybe this week you can set the goal to work out a few times, when you can fit it in. That way, you won't be overwhelmed by the thought of getting up early day after day...and maybe set a goal to have a salad with your burger instead of fries (just my idea of damage control when I really want a good burger).
Little things add up over time, and habits form before you know it.
Success is 10% talent and 90% heart!
