Personally I would think it all depends on how you feel. Sometimes I'm ravenous in the morning, and sometimes I'm not hungry for a couple of hours. Do you have the same thing?
Perhaps something like a granola bar-- just to give you enough energy for a worthwhile workout and one you can complete ;-)
Yes I feel the same way sometimes in the morning. Sometimes I have to wait a couple hours and sometimes I need to eat with in a half hour after waking up. Thank you for the link to read

"they" say that if you workout first thing before you eat then you burn more fat... because you are not burning the food you just ate.
