Was pretty good. Went to the state bowling tournament with my team even though I didn't bowl just watched. It was in Worland Wyoming and it's a very small community but still spent over an hour trying to find the Best Western. Finally stopped and asked where the heck it was and they said "It moved to Jackson"??? Oh no, do we have reservations in Jackson?? Turns out I was looking for the wrong hotel we were at the Days Inn. Doh!

Since there was no apparent Night Life in Worland we decided to go down to Thermopolis, Wyoming for dinner. They have hot springs etc. So we had dinner there in the Safari Lounge. Tried to find some pictures of but can't. Has tones of taxidermed animals and even more disturbing is the photo wall of all the kills. Just sad. However, the meal and company were good.

Week ahead looks good ready for a fresh start on the food/exercise front!

I stayed on the wagon Saturday, ate right and did some work around the house and gardening. Sunday I got off a little I was very active getting stuff ready for daughtre's bday party on Friday but I did one slice of pizza and a small chili dog for dinner. My arms and legs hurt from painting and squatting to paint all the baseboard on the house.

The week looks goood should be active in the evenings getting the house ready and the mornings working out at the gym, I went this morning and it was a good workout. I hope I break thru my plateau.

Saturday we went to inlaws for a BBQ, drank too much wine but was able to get in treadmill time, so overall not to bad. Sunday I spent 3 hours tilling a garden for my mom(my arms and shoulders are aching!!). Splurged a bit on food but I earned it!! Week ahead is busy....we have end of year IOWA tesing for my 2nd grader(I homeschool and have to drive 1 hour to the nearest testing site). Planning a party this weekend so will be busy cleaning house and patio. My only goal this week is to keep up on my water intake, I averaged 72 oz of water daily last week!!!!

We spent all weekend celebrating DH's bday. I was off the wagon for sure, but back on track today.

This week should be a pretty usual week. I started my new yoga class today. It seems a little tougher than what I'm used to. Its much more of an aerobic workout.

We had a very busy weekend around here. Mil spent the whole weekend in the hospital. Saturday dh took dd to a TKD tournament. Wich I missed to take ds to his baseball game. It was nice all day until we stepped on the field and it started to pour, so we stood out there for an hour for warm-ups and to wait for our team to arrive, and then the called the game. Errrr I missed dd's TKD tournament for nothing. Ds and I then headed for Starbucks and home to change as we were soaked to the bone. We then met up with dd and dh at another TKD tournament where dd was not competing but a few of her teammates were. Afterwards we headed to a suprise b-day party for
