So ladies, what's one thing you can commit to today to work towards your goals??
I know that sometimes the best laid plans go awry by mid-week, and it's easy to say "oh forget it, I'll start again next week", but maybe we can take today to do just one thing - be it 15 minutes of exercise, or switch up that afternoon snack for a healthy choice to help keep us on track!!
So what are you going to do today?

So what are you going to do today?
I'm going to work out tonight. My new yoga class kicked my butt & I'm feeling kinda sick so I skipped yesterday & just slept. I think I'm just going to do a gentle yoga tape tonight to stretch out some tight muscles.

So ladies, what's one thing you can commit to today to work towards your goals? I had to get up early and workout, so that's done, but since I did my workout so long ago, I really think that I'll ask SO to go for an evening walk. It'll be good for him to get out and walk a bit, and it'll be fun for me to walk without paying attention to mile times and run intervals.
Well I'm going to the gym tonight!!
