I am feeling great this morning!!!! We had a fit test last night at TKD. We used to do these about once a month, but haven't for about the past year.

Actually I had a 30 minute break and then started sparring team practice for 90 minutes... and we conditioned a lot more!

Yes! We are both very competitive... I am sure he will be picking it up. He has a hard time staying consistant at classes since he travels out of town a lot, lately he has been home so he has been picking up lots of extra classes.

You must be in some terrific shape. Sparring competitively takes a lot of endurance, and outright work.


You posted some great numbers. We don't do a test like that, but the numbers of punches and kicks are pretty high. It is kind of the pits that the guys do so well with their jabs and punches. I guess that's why I like kicking. we have the strength in our hips and legs and they get it in their upper bodies naturally.


Anyway, I admire you. You're tough.
