While I find it hard to believe that I can reshape my body to what I'd REALLY like, I do like these types of articles as I always find a few exercises here and there to add, plus it gives you an idea of how hard you actually have to work to get results which is great for a naturally lazy person like myself!!

LOL- apparently I need to be doing 5-6 workouts a week. Ya' know I'd be happy if I could be disciplined enough to get three solid ones a week!!
