Hoping to just plain get on the track! I walked this morning. Want to get in a little weight training sometime today, and maybe work on the abs a bit....
So everyone! How is your week going?? As planned or are you struggling to keep on track?
I got off track yesterday. Ate ice cream & didn't work out :(. Back to it today though!

We've got to go to my niece's confirmation tonight, so no chance of a workout today. The rest of the week should be ok exercise & food wise, but all this rain is making it hard to be motivated. I just want to curl up on the couch.
I had planned on going to a Tues nite yoga class at the gym but it seems like my Mon one is all my wrist can take. I guess I'll have to just do the bike or something else. I'm trying to get DH to come with but he's being lazy! I know I'll feel better once the sunshine returns. I just hope its soon!
So far it's been one thing after another. It's funny I actually got my personal, work and classroom calendars together and put everything in one of them. I am totally booked solid for the next two weeks!! Thankfully I am getting some good rest at night these days, knock on wood ;-)
I sort of am struggling to stay on track. AF is this week and those chocolate cravings are calling LOUDLY!!! (I'm not having much luck with willpower either!)
Next couple of days look busy! Tutoring and finishing off conference files for Friday tomorrow. Conferences on Friday, and then working on next weeks ones over the weekend.
So far I have been really good this week. I decided to try and break thru my plateau so I decided to add an extra 30 minutes in the evenings and so far I have added two evenings, and not missed any mornings. I have drank extra water and I'm starting to see the scale move a little tiny bit. I hope that means I will break thru!!!
That sounds good Darcy....I did actually look at strawberries the other day. They didn't look too good, so passed them by. I'll look again tomorrow ;-)
