Embarrassing

I have developed a bladder control problem. I noticed last fall when I purchased a rebounder that when bouncing during the work out I was wetting myself, sometimes a decent amount other times just a bit.

I wound up blowing it off to getting older and being out of shape. I started back to the gym. Didn't notice anything until about 2 weeks ago. Then noticed each night I got off the cross trainer that I had wet myself!! I didn't even know I had done it until I saw it when I looked in the mirror!

Talk about friggin' embarrassing!!! But more importantly should I be concerned from a medical point of view or shrug it off to weak bladder and muscles in that region???

I think you should probably see your doctor. I'm sure you want that taken care of if at all possible.

I've had a few UTI's, two last year, and I haven't felt quite right since, most of the time. I don't have quite that significant of a problem, but I'm considering asking my doctor about my issues. It's annoying.

Good luck. I hope you get some answers.

I agree with the others, a trip and talk to the docs would be the best option!
