Alright ladies, because I've fallen off the wagon, you have to bear with me on this week's

What TWO exercises are you going to commit to doing each day this week?


I'm picking yoga poses - the plank & the boat, they both totally work your abs. And mine are hard to find under all that belly fat!

OK, fine!! I'll do some bicep curls and some leg raises (you know the ones you kneel and kick your leg behind you, can't remember their name!!) I'll do them each evening probably, watching TV ;-)

Hey Darcy, maybe start an "Ab Post" and put some of those killer exercises there!
