QOTW: Do You Follow a Plan?Does it work?

I've been thinking about how my easy-going approach to fitness has been working for me lately and quite frankly - it hasn't.


Lately I have just been doing my own thing and still seeing results.
1)
I don't really follow any type of exercise or eating plan. I do try to eat according to the food pyramid & I try to limit my fat intake but that's about it. I've never been able to follow a specific eating plan that has certain foods off limits. I like to be able to eat what I want & just make adjustments in the next meal. That seems to work well for me.
I really should ramp up my exercise cause I'm not losing any weight even though I'm eating the right amount of calories each day. I actually have gained a few pounds in the last few months but I'm trying not to obsess about it. Maybe getting on a set plan would help me lose that weight.
