QOTW- Exercise Burnout!

Firstly here's something I read this morning:

To keep your enthusiasm up, it may pay to put a few exercises down for a while. Changing your exercise program every couple of months may help beat boredom. Besides, after a while, your body adapts to the exercise stressors your current program had introduced, and craves new challenges.

So, with that in mind:

What do you do to re-enthuse/challenge yourself?
For example do you start something completely different or increase your time?

I try to find something different to do. I'm getting several options as time goes buy. I have the yoga ball, 3 different yoga DVDs, Slim in 6 DVD, treadmill. I try different routines on the treadmill from just walking to incorporating running in. Even will go to the rec. center occassionally.

Right now I just go to my gym and take aquafit classes. IT is the same thing all of the time. I need to find something else to do at the gym so that there is some variations in my work out.

Usually I try something different, however I seem to lose interest in whatever I choose and go back to do what I know best, and in that case I increase my time or push myself that little bit harder.

It's really hard to stay motivated, so for those of you out there trying to hop on the wagon, don't forget there's many of us, just like you, out there ;-)
