Do you get like this too?

Y'know, I noticed that when I stop working out, I gain FAT really fast. I probably started gaining weight and fat around April, when I stopped doing any sorts of activities. I noticed, I start packing on the fat around my stomach (of course, i'm sure it's everywhere). I mean, seriously, I stand there, and my stomach sticks out further than my chest. And I'm not pushing it out. I look like I'm pregnant (and I"m not). I have rolls under my breasts, that get pushed up, because my stomach is being pushed up. I seriously, look likes those overweight men with their belly's hanging over their waistbands (damn those low rise pants.........lol).

I notice, within a couple of months, I can literally gain a whole size because of my fat that just grew. My pants are very tight, and they were hanging off my body back in early march. There's lots of extra bumps. lol.

I am saying all this......because it scares me. It scares me into thinking if I do NOT work out every week (2-5 times), I will gain weight really fast (and suckily, losing it is slow). It scares me that to just keep the rolls away, I MUST workout....for the rest of my life. Obviously, just with running around, being totally stressed, etc....may have helped to keep my weight down, but it just turned my muscle to fat...and it's buldging!!!

(okay, vent over for now. i'm just irate because sitting here, my bra doesn't sit right on my chest, cuz of the fat, ew. my stomach is protruding, because of the fat. ew. my pants are tight, and uncomfy, which in turn makes me very irate. ew. lol)

so, is it me? or is this normal? 2 months, and i can gain a whole size (have no clue about my weight, as the scale is in a box somewhere), and there are BIG rolls, and I look pg. :(

Okay, I'm glad I'm not alone, even if it's just you and me. :) Seriously, it only takes a week or two before things are tight already, or not fitting right, or bulging here or there. and we're not even talking PMS time. ugh. which, i could blame this on pms, like I did a few weeks back, but ladies, it's not pms, it's just ME.

It must be metabolism, cuz I don't remember ever gaining weight THIS fast. Actually, it's not gaining weight, it's losing muscle really fast. I maynot gain weight, but I am

I'm right there with you too Cher-- don't know about putting it on so fast, but it's there-- pushing forward aggrevating me, and it seems the most difficult part to make any progress with!!

aggrevating is the right word. I'm all irate now. And now, because of my own stupidity, I shrunk my pants, which does not help the situation anymore.

Where did all this come from and how come no one warned us? I wish, someone had gotten on my case when I was 25 about being healthy and exercising. Or heck, even earlier, cuz at 25, I was about 170, ouch on my

How come no one told us about this? lol. Yup, I'm down to 2 pairs of jeans, and 3 pairs of slacks. Thankfully, that covers me for the week.....but it does get old wearing the same things. lol. Sadly, my "big" pants are fitting like my "small" ones. :( TIGHT!

*big sigh*
