I put walking/jogging mostly because that's what I'm doing right now. Love yoga too and actually love the way I feel from doing it.
However, over all I hate exercise and wish there were an easier means to the end. What year did the Jetson's live in?
Don't you think that
~oops! Posted in the wrong folder....hopefully we can get it moved back to the top tomorrow!
ps. Is anyone else having problems posting??

I would love to run, but every time I run outside I have serious problems with my feet. So, I have an eliplical machine to help me out with the impact. There is something powerful about running for me. I feel like my body is a good machine. I also like weights.
I feel like the problem for exercise for me is multi-fold. There are so many things I'd rather do--work in the garden, watch TV, play with the dog. And while working in the garden and playing with the dog are active, they don't do the same things as the eliptical in terms of health benefits and weight loss. I used to go to the gym, but since we got the house, I just don't have time, hence the purchase of the eliptical. Maybe someday I can get more weights and a weight video. I do have 2 dumb bells. I do use eliptical, but I get seduced away from exercise by more fun activities.

I voted for walking, even though I am really loving yoga now. Walking is just so enjoyable, so easily accessible, and I can listen to music while I do it. Seems like I also work out my problems while I do it, and get some "me time."
I love running. I started running after a tragic death in my family. It became my therapy. Amazing how much you can think about & work out during a 2 hour run!
Unlike Cajun Mom, I won't be taking the summer off. I start official training for the NYC Marathon on July 3rd. Lots of treadmill & early morning runs for me. I'm looking forward to the challenge! I'd love to do triathlons next, anyone ever do one?

I voted biking, but in reality it just really depends on what I need - sometimes a good yoga class is perfect, or a nice walk outdoors, or doing weights, or really working up a sweat on the cardio machines, or swimming!
Martial Arts for me....I love this the most because I get to kick things.... LOL!
