What are you proud of this week?

Hi all!
Okay, so what did you do this week that you are proud of? Sometimes, I'm proud of just dragging my sorry self out of bed in the a.m. :) That can be a challenge!
I'm proud that I've stuck to my exercising and eating plan. Portions are down still, and I've exercised for 30 minutes every day. The exercising thing is big. Twice, I couldn't start my work out till 9pm (and I'm usually winding down for the day at that time), but I sucked it up and did it. :)
So, what have you done? :)

Interesting question. I have had a weird week. We got back from vacation on Sunday late afternoon, and I haven't felt like I've found my rhythm since. I guess I'm proud of getting back to my full workouts even though I had to fit them in this week.
I'm also glad I inspired my DH's daughter to walk with me (she was visiting), about three miles, on Monday evening. I had wanted to run, but it was good for her to be active again. She hasn't been since she was on the HS track team. She's been in college for two years now.
What a great question!
Fitting in workouts in spite of other things and staying on track are awesome. :) I'm a big believer in counting every victory there is. :)

I agree with you, it's so important to count every victory, even the tiny ones ... it makes you feel so much better!
I stuck with eating healthier this week and continued my exercise routine. I can really notice feeling stronger from doing yoga!
I love being able to toot my own horn ;-)
For me the thing I'm most proud of this week is being a good cat mommy. It may have taken me a while to get here....but Moma cat is all 'fixed' now, 2 of the kitties are off in their new homes, and now it's just us girls here :-)
Plus I did some MAJOR house cleaning this week, I'm pretty proud of that too!
