I have just finished off a bottle of multivitamins and need to buy some more. There seem to be so many out there. Does anyone have any advice as to which ones are better than others?

I posted this in April about a find in Fitness magazine on this very subject I'll repost it here for those that may have missed it:

SO I'm thumbing through my latest issue of Fitness and I come across an article on supplements and there is a section on "How does your brand rate" interesting fun facts about different brands of multivitamins and supplements and whether they pass or fail certain criteria and why, for example A certain brand of calcium failed because it exceeded calfornia standards for LEAD...eek kind of scary huh?

Anyhow so they got this information from this website called www.consumerlab.com so I went and checked it out, it was pretty neat, you have to pay, but its not that bad, you can have a subscription for 27 dollars for an entire year. So I didn't think that was too bad to know which supplements were safe and which ones to avoid. Anyhow I thought I'd pass it on.
