QOTW: Switch-a-Roo Challenge

Recently we've seen a number of our posters not seeing any results. Not only can this be disappointing but also very frustrating.
One thing we know about plateaus is that most of us experience them! (See.....you're not alone!)

I'm going to dust off my ball (it seems to sit for long periods gathering dust in the kitchen!!) and do some push-ups and sit-ups each day on it!!!

Carbs-- the white kind!

Not any new type, but I will try to exercise every day this week.
1. What workout/exercise are you going to try this week? My weak spot. I'm going to try to squeeze in a little extra exercise each day. Days I don't exercise will try to do some ball work or pushups/situps. Then on days I plan to work out I'll walk and extra 10 minutes or do an extra 10 to 15 minutes of something.
2. What are you going to cut back on? Well I'm going to try to cut back on fats this week. Not sure how this will work but will try to make myself more conscience of it. So no chips!!

I've been working with a trainer for the past couple weeks just to get some new variety into my exercise routine. I'm going to incoporate some of the new 'core' exercises that we went through on Friday.
2. What are you going to cut back on?
Weekend eating everything that doesn't move! I'm very good during the week (too busy to think about food?), but I lose it completely on the weekend.
3. What's your favorite fruit and vegetable?
Mangos, but can't seem to find good ones around here. Any other fruit comes in second - really like all fruits! Asaragus and broccoli are favorite veggies.

Darn, I tried something new last week, the tennis, and will work with some more on that this week, but now that my "exercise/guest" room is in order, I was thinking I will inflate my stability ball again and do the ball pilates workout on it.It's not new but it has been forever.
2. What are you going to cut back on? Allowing more treats then just one a week (two at the very most prior to June), especially the ice cream after dinner.

1. What workout/exercise are you going to try this week? I might do a Pilates workout this week as my "new" thing. I've been doing yoga and walking for the last three months or so.
2. What are you going to cut back on? Definitely sugar. I was doing better with that but had to buy some excellent-looking macadamia nut cookies on Monday ...

So....how's the Switch-a-Roo Challenge going for everyone?
I haven't done much on the ball.....carb intake is probably the same as usual. I have had more fruits and veggies this week though. All in all, I'm not doing so great on it.
Jo- have you rollerbladed this week? And how's the sugar intake looking?
Miranda- I know you mentioned you probably wouldn't get that exercise class into your week, but how's limiting the snacks working out?
Ann- have you managed to be active each day so far? Plus how are
