Recently we've seen a number of our posters not seeing any results. Not only can this be disappointing but also very frustrating.

One thing we know about plateaus is that most of us experience them! (See.....you're not alone!)

Presenting our *SPECIAL* One Week
Switch-a-Roo Challenge

Things to do this week

  • Do one new workout/exercise

  • Cut back on something (ie. butter)

  • Ensure you have fresh fruit & veggies

1. What workout/exercise are you going to try this week?

2. What are you going to cut back on?

3. What's your favorite fruit

I must admit I'm only doing OK on the challenge. Good news is I *have* managed to avoid sugary snacks over the past 3-4 days (not at all easy for me!), and have eaten a good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bad news is I haven't gotten to the Pilates yet.

Sonia....great job on pulling out the jump rope, I read about the hula-hoop too, funny!! We have them for the kids at school, I'm not too great at using them either, lol!

Enjoy your days off this week :-)

I finally inflated the ball and used it this weekend. Do you have the hand pump to inflate your ball? Those things take forever; it's like part of the workout to inflate the thing.

after all you don't want to fall off the thing, right?

LOL, I did that when I first started using it, so glad I was alone. I still have difficulty when
