Craving busters?

Until someone comes up with a diet strictly made up of chocolate, ice cream, cookies, desserts of all kinds.... I thought we could share some of our favorite 'craving busters'.

I crave chocolate - CONSTANTLY! and while there is no substitute for a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, maybe there are things out there that help alleviate the craving without going overboard (like eating an entire bag...)

I have found the sugar free fudgesicles (don't remember the brand - maybe jello brand?) that have 40 calories are really pretty chocolatey, and don't taste sugar free. I always crave 'junk' at night for some reason, and one of these helps me get past my cravings.

Any other suggestions out there for favorite snacks?

What I try to have handy are:

Pria Power Bars - Kind of like a chocolate covered rice crispy treat. Also, have several flavors. 110 calories and a lot of additional good stuff in them.

Snack Barz - These are made by Hershey. If you can find them in the boxes (not the large single wrapped kind). A little higher in calories 130 but again have a decent nutritional value and have several flavors of these as well. Just had a Reese one and it was good. Hope I can keep from eating another one.

Special K Bars - 90 calories each several flavors

Chips Ahoy Whole Grain Chocolate Chip cookies - Serving size 3 cookies at 150 calories. Not sure what the regular ones are but if I recall the serving size is smaller and a lot more calories.

Lays Light Chips - Serving size about 20 chips a modest bowl full at 70 calories. These are better than the baked lays at 130 a serving.

Honey Wheat Pretzels - About 110 calories in 8 pretzel twists.

Luna bars are good as well but a little pricier and more calories than the Pria Power Bars.

Also, a good trick I have found to stave off

I have found those yoplait mousses great too. Other than that.....I'm weak and go for the *real deal*- oops!

A good real deal is M & Ms about 2 oz. isn't too bad. Well just look and probably about 240 calories but that is like one bag not the king size that you buy in the mini mart candy isle. So eat one of those and then stop your not going too overboard.
