I got Taste Tester. Which makes since but not for the reason they say because I don't bake a lot or throw parties. However, after growing to the grocery store I have to try a little bit of everything right away or as soon as reasonably possible. There was a comedian, not sure but might have been Elaine Boosler (SP?) who did a bit about men and women and chocolate.

You bring chocolate in the house and the woman wants to eat it right away the man on the other hand will wait. The woman will ask, "When are you going to eat your chocolate? Aren't you going to eat your chocolate?" Describes me perfectly! However, I didn't do the bit justice was much funnier coming from her. lol

IG this was actually a spot on quiz for me - I'm a horrible stress eater - I tell myself that I DESERVE all the treats because it will make me feel better!! LOL

The stress eater

This is your bad habit: You use food to reduce tension and anxiety.

What triggers your eating:
All the seasonal stresses: in-law visits, shopping fatigue, gift wrapping. Because our routine is disrupted over the holidays, it can be easy to lose control of our weight loss plan, particularly if stress is added to the mix.

Stay-slim strategies:
Don't skip meals
'If you let yourself go hungry in order to get everything done, you'll grab anything to compensate,' says Tammy Baker, a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. Be prepared: Carry high-fibre, high-carbohydrate snacks - rye crackers, dried apricots, apples, for example - to nibble on.

Exercise every day
Even a 15-minute walk will help. 'Exercise reminds you of your commitment to weight control and taking care of yourself during this stressful time,' says Dan Kirschenbaum, PhD, director of the Centre for Behavioural Medicine in Chicago.

Nap
Fatigue is often confused with hunger. Can't doze off? Simply shutting your eyes and breathing deeply for 10 minutes (with the door closed and the phone off the hook) is rejuvenating.

Be realistic
'Don't set yourself up for failure by declaring, "No sweets for me this season" or "I'm going to stay on my diet even though it's the holidays,"' says Anne Fletcher, author of Thin for Life. Aim for moderation, not perfection - you don't need to add guilt to existing stress factors.

Give yourself a break
Linger over a fragrant herbal tea. Watch the birds in the trees. These simple indulgences don't take much longer than fixing a snack - and they do a better job of restoring you.

Knew I was right, lol!!

I like the last part:

But wanted to point out that they didn't mean for you to do that with a kit-kat or a blizzard, lol!

This is very true of me ... sometimes. Sometimes when I'm stressed I don't eat at all, which is also bad.
