Nowadays especially my sleep is way of kilter. I'm either getting tonnes of rest or out having a late night, and an

I also got a maybe, however, I'm going to talk to my doctor about everything Friday. From my skin issues, to my sleep problems. I am not getting any good sleep and haven't for awhile. Sadly, I wake up at least 4-6 times a night, and FEEL wide awake, but easily fall asleep again. I dream too vividly, so I wake up not feeling rested at all. And all my other sad sad issues. I wonder how much of it is weight related. I may ask him that. Then ask if I can referred to a hypnotist, lol, and see if that'll be covered. Hmmm............

Cuz yes, lack of sleep is killing me in many ways.

I got MAYBE as well. Lately, I could certainly use a better night's sleep. I seem to have cycles though, some of several weeks of restful sleep and then about a week or so where I don't sleep so well.

I go through cycles as well - some where I'm up a number of times during hte night and others where I sleep like a log.

I'm wondering how much of this has to do with our "daylight hours". I say that, becuase both me and K were ready to go to bed around 8ish, but it was still light out. When I wake up, it's light out. When I want to go to bed, the sun just went down.

I wonder if we, sleep better during winter, becuase there's so much more night hours, and we're just more tired. Versus, feeling UP because the sun hasn't gone down. Miranda, do you know if this affects you, as you have a LOT more light hours than I would. :)

I don't know if this is a cycle, but I've never felt his unrested before...except when my neighbors would wake me up 2-3 times a night. Maybe I should go work out, that'd put me to sleep. lol

I got an outright YES!

I have a horrible sleeping system. Most of the time I go to bed consistently at the same time but I wake up all throughout the night. But lately I have been sleeping even worse. I have been going to bed really late, I've been tossing and turnign, I don't know what is going on. *sigh*

I am sooo tired lately.

That's probably the case since PMSing messes up everything else.

I think stress or life circumstances have a little to do with it, in my case anyway.
