Okay ladies, it's the middle of the week - how are things going???

I am pretty well on track this week, eating better than I had the previous month. My desire to work hard is low right now, but I am still exercising. What I'm not doing too well is training for the 5K. I did jog about two miles Monday, had HKD last night, but I haven't done a track workout in a long time to see how my time is.


I should have gotten out of the bed this morning to do the workout prior to work since the heat and humidity are way up there, but I didn't sleep well last night so didn't get up early. I think the best bet for tonight is to do the cardio boot camp DVD and invest some time into weights then get up and hit the track in the morning.


So that's my goal; whether or not I do go to the track (it's at the HS so sometimes there's baseball or summer football practices out there), I need to get in a good run tomorrow morning.

I'm doing pretty well this week. Exercise has been pretty well on track, as well as eating habits. Still no weight loss (but no gain either).


One thing I would like to do before the end of the week is a 20-minute Pilates workout, once, to see what I think of it.
