It's sad to say but I don't have this problem. Mostly because after 8:00 I'm starting to do what I need to do to be able to go to bed at a reasonable time like give the baby a bath, lay out clothes for tomorrow make sure the kitchen dishes are at least at a manageable stage, finish up some loads of laundry etc. If I haven't exercised before 8:00 it just isn't going to happen. I have thought about going for a walk later in the evening do to the heat but haven't done it yet. I was thinking it might help me sleep actually. So I'll be curious what others have to say. I hate not being able to sleep.
Sonia, I find now that I'm a bit older, my sleep cycles are a lot more sensitive.
