Generally I don't have serious meltdowns - what I do have is horrible bug dreams when I'm stressed.

I had a meltdown this weekend. I don't have them too often, but when I do it's because I feel overstressed, and too many things that feel out of my control are going wrong. Then, like Miranda was saying, I start being unable to sleep, and the lack of sleep adds yet another huge source of stress. The only way I can get back in balance is to eliminate
