Ummmm, yeah.
Walking and yoga ... I can't imagine giving up either one.
So if you could only do TWO types of exercise to get fit what would they be?
Walking & yoga, pretty much what I do now.

I know I'm a bit late, but I read the questoin and thought about it for a bit. I would pick Hap Ki Do, of course, and Pilates I think.
