Sometimes I feel like I have gotten rid of all the stuff I used to have, french fries, chicken strips, a brownie or donuts from the bakery once a week. I'm sure there is still something I could get rid of, but I think I'll look for something to add. I should probably add more veggies this week. We have lots of blueberries and some nice strawberries again this week, and bananas, but I'm kind of low on the veggie side with the exception of some baby carrots with lunch.
I will work to add some veggies to dinner tonight, and lunch today too, haven't had that yet.
actually, i would get rid of all baked goods. Cake in our home has always been a staple. Bakeing a cake everyweekend was not a good idea for my hips and tummy!!!! I will bake cakes now and then, but only for birthday's and holiday's.
I would have to give up the hamburger (it is my easy out in employee cafe).
