Well I've been thinking about habits - good ones and bad ones!
Well in general I'd like to develop a consistent exercise program for myself. Right now I'd just settle for getting more walking in.
Wish I could give up chips!
Not exercise or weight related, but I pick at my cuticles. BAD habit - I need to stop! Also, I guess my brain is wired to need 'junk food' in the evening. Sometimes I even just go to bed early to avoid the screaming in my head for chocolate. I need to re-train my brain that it does not need snacks at night!

A habit I would really like to give up is diet soft drinks. I've tried so many times. I don't think anything other than going cold turkey will work for me on this one. I've noticed I drink less water when I have diet soda around.
What are two habits you'd like to give up or develop?
Give up: 1. eating when I'm stressed or bored
2. Being too lazy to exercise
Develop: 1. sticking to an exercise plan
2. drinking more water ( I drink about 36 oz a day & I know it should be more)
