From what stores is it impossible for you to emerge empty-handed? Just about any! Can't think of one.

Where do you go when you need to spend a little bit of make-me-feel-better money? Anywhere that sells books.

What store did you used to frequent but no longer find appealing? Well usually I stop shopping somewhere because they pi$$ me off. I stopped going to Safeway because one night I stopped to go get some stuff I had to have. Medicine for a kid or AF stuff can't remember what but I only had Temp checks and they wouldn't except it. I had shopped their for over 6 years, did my main grocery shopping, not to mention worked in the bank that they banked with and wouldn't let me use my temp check. It was like 10:00 at night. Idiots. So left my stuff though I could have used my debit card (just didn't have a pin# for it), anyway went up to Albertsons asked if they would take a temp check and they did and have shopped there ever since.

If you opened your own retail store (not a food-service establishment), what would be its theme, name, and target clientele? I'd like to a book/movie store. Not only sell books and DVDs but maybe home theater stuff as well as other book related type paraphernalia. Plus instead of coffee sell Ben and Jerry's ice cream for when people browse. Could end up being a little too messy though. lol

If you had to purchase all your friends’ gifts at one store for the rest of your life, which would you choose? The first thing that came to mind was a place here called 1st Street Bakers. Because I figure this covers everyone male and female and it's just an excellent locally owned bakers. They do breakfast and lunch as well as catering. You can get a birthday cake or bagels, cookies, sandwiches plus they have all sorts of energy drinks. Now other than that I'd probably say something like Amazon because I could ship anywhere etc.

Hmmm, I'm actually getting better at this, I used to be a horrible impulse shopper.

Fun thread, Miranda!!

From what stores is it impossible for you to emerge empty-handed? Target. I always end up spending like $100 when I planned to spend $20.
