Patting myself on the back

I had 5 sessions with a trainer to get some new exercises added into my 'routine' as I felt things were getting a little flat. After my sessions, I decided to go it on my own to see if I could stay motivated to keep on pace all by myself. It's been 3 weeks since I last worked with the trainer, and I went last night just to get measured and weighed again to see how I was doing. I had lost 3 pounds, and my measurements were 'down' all across the board. My waist was down an inch, and my body fat was down 1%, too! :-) YEA! My trainer was very proud of me, and I was proud of myself that I could keep going without him (cuz those sessions aren't cheap!) My biggest downfall is eating. I have no problem working out every day since the time is just built into my daily schedule, but I can't seem to control myself when I eat. :-) However, I've been doing really well lately, and with these last results, have found motivation to keep going.
