I don't know about the rest of you but the weekends have always been my biggest struggle! I thought it would be a good idea if we spent a little time thinking about how we are going to handle the weekend. Plus might give me some ideas of what I can do to have a better weekend.
1. What are your work out plans.

1. What are your work out plans. I'm not going to do SI6 today (Friday) or Saturday because I have the Relay for Life and just won't have time. However, I plan to walk a minimum of 4 miles each day! Hopefully more. Sunday may just be my day off though if I'm feeling good I might do a SI6 workout then.
I hope the walking will make up for missing two days of SI6.
I know I'm not a SI6-er, but I still think these are some great questions!
