What's on your agenda for the week? Keep working on the SI6 program. Tad, my DS, has a court date on the 9th, wish us luck! Plus if all goes well he might even be moving out this week. I really want him to move out but do feel bit sad about it as well. Time for him to grow up and get a bit of a clue if that's possible.

What mini goal would you like to reach this week? Get my 6 work outs in and reduce my average calorie intake by 50 calories a day. Haven't done the math yet but will get to that here shortly.

How does the weather look for the week ahead? Mid to high 90s. Yuck!

What's on your agenda for the week?
I plan to add extra exercise just like last week, I saw a show on Oprah weight loss that states in order to lose weight you need to work out 8 times a week,it does not say how long but it said 8 times. So that whats I'm doing.

What mini goal would you like to reach this week?
Lose two pounds.

How does the weather look for the week ahead?

Nice not very hot.

What's on your agenda for the week?
I want to go into my classroom and check on the status of all my orders for the upcoming school year. Great news btw- we're getting A/C!!!!! Plus I'm going out on a date sometime, with my always around ex. I'm pretty happy about it actually :-)

What mini goal would you like to reach this week?
To get my workouts in- aiming for four, so it's very doable!

How does the weather look for the week ahead?
Quite windy with a higher than normal chance of rain and thunderstorms. Thankfully I had all that good weather while in Ireland, lol!

Hope you had a great vacation, IG!

What's on your agenda for the week? I finally don't have a ton to do work-wise this week, which is such a relief. However, my mom is visiting, which could be challenging! LOL.

What mini goal would you like to reach this week? I want to go back to my Pilates. I have not done it in a week because the weather was so terrible last week and my airconditioning is not so good. So my mini goal is to do Pilates at least twice this week. Also to just eat normally, since I overate over the weekend.

How does the weather look for the week ahead? Beautiful! And it's about time!

Yes, I believe the longer day is still going ahead, good memory by the way! I know there are some parents who are not happy about it at all....plus we heard the last day of work that the morning time is actually changing.

It used to be 8.30-12pm, but now it's the 8am start and parents of half day students now have to pick up at 11.30am. It will also mean my lunch changes. But you know I've decided to wisely pick my battles. At least this way the *extra* teaching time is with a smaller group of children, and now that the a/c will be there.....well it should make things at least a little more comfortable.

I was in there today, it was about 87F, I was the only one, and just basically sitting there going through boxes of stuff and sweating away. Ugh- so yea, very excited about the a/c being installed (they're still putting in the windows and doors, so it's not in yet. Soon though.)

Gretchen~ hope all goes well on Wednesday with Tad! The SI6 should help alleviate some of the stress you may go through ;-)

Miranda~ yes, got back last Thursday, but really needed a few days to recuperate, LOL! Ireland had a bank holiday today too. Hope you enjoyed your day off, and are ready to tackle all that packing, I don't envy you!

Ann~ take full advantage of your vacation, and enjoy your week! Sounds like you have some fun things planned.

Rainey~ have to ask for clarification on that whole 8 times a week thing. Would that be double sessions? Is there info on her website? In any case, good luck!

Darcy~ best wishes for the dinner on Wednesday, you'll have to post an update on Thursday. And thanks, I did have a great time in Ireland :-)

Carrie~ LOL re. your Mom visiting, I can certainly empathize with you! Is she staying with you too? At least your work week looks less hectic!
