1. The food pyramid is for everyone. For many people, six to eleven daily servings of grains, breads and cereals is just too much. It has been known to cause bloat, fat and ill health.

This one has got me thinking! One, I need to make sure I'm not a victim of stress eating and two, I really need to find treats and rewards that are not food related!

I'm not sure about the whole "stress doesn't make you fat" thing either Gretchen. Maybe stress itself doesn't cause weight gain, but the eating we do when we're stressed might!!!
