Hey ladies, I'm facing a motivation barrier here.

Well, I don't do well when things are unstructured, and honestly this past year, I've felt very 'temporary' because I knew I was going to be moving, and I just felt like my entire life was kind of on hold until I moved.

It will be nice for you to get this obstacle out of the way. I'm trying to think how I'd handle it but just not sure. Maybe allot dates between x to x is totally focused on moving or a time of day or time of week that was focused on that and try to force the rest to be my "normal" routine. Probably no really good answer here.

I hear you on the weekend thing! I seem to be able to do great during the week, and then I just go overboard with the eating of everything that doesn't move on the weekend.

I found I have to make small goals for myself. Such as: get through this upcoming weekend without overeating. Have a piece of fruit when you're hungry this weekend instead of other snacks around the house. If you go out to eat, try to eat half of your meal and be done. That worked for me last weekend, and I made it through the weekend without much trouble. Then I was back to the week, and into my normal routine, which is pretty healthy.

One weekend at a time...

I love the small mini ideas to carry out over the weekend, like eating a piece of fruit if you're hungry. Thanks for sharing!

Tonya, that's a good idea.
