What's your snacking personality? The Smell and Taste Treatment Research Foundation believes the type of snack food you favor says a lot about you!
Carb Fiend: If potato chips are your weakness, it's likely you're a high achiever. But at 150 calories per serving, they add up fast! Try quick chips instead. Place 10 very thin potato slices in a circle, sprinkle with salt, cook on high for three minutes, flip, and cook two to three minutes longer until brown. Just 15 calories each and no fat!
Meat Lover: Those who reach for pepperoni and other meat snacks are said to be gregarious and social! Replace the high-fat, high-calorie versions with turkey pepperoni, and you'll slash the fat by 70 percent!
Salt Seeker: Like tortilla chips? You're probably a perfectionist humanitarian. Replace the standard variety with a serving of 13 baked chips, and you'll slash 30 calories and 7 grams of fat!

Hmmmm......I seem to be a bit of everything, lol!! I suppose I do like the salty snacks, and yes I am a perfectionist!!

I'm a combination of carb fiend and salt seeker ... but I wouldn't say I'm a high achiever. Perfectionist, definitely! I go for sugar a lot too, though ...

I guess I'm this one, although I did eat potato chips when I wanted salt. We do eat baked chips at lunch now on occasion, or Terra Chips. It does help and they do satisfy the cravings. I am a perfectionist, and I think I am becoming more of a humanitarian.
I'm definitely a carb addict - while I like the salty carbs - when I'm feeling like a pick me up it's the carb family that I rush to!
I'm definitely a potatoe chip person. I absolutely LOVE them. I'll have to try this suggestion...because I know myself well enough to know I'll never give them up. Being fit, thin whatever just doesn't mean as much to me as my chips, LOL. Oh and a high achiever? Heck yes!
