I voted abdomen - my midsection by far is the worst part of my body... yuck!

Well, I'm a pear - so it's my lower half I need to work on, but it's also the area where I seem to see least amount of change, so it's difficult to stay motivated to work on that area - my arms and abs respond very quickly to exercise, and since I'm an immediate gratification babe, I find it much more rewarding to work those areas.

I do have some extra flab on my upper thighs, at least I think so, but that is getting better with running. My legs are progressing well actually. My arms are skinny, though they do show the tone from lifting, and my shoulders are slim. It's in the mid section where the Faulkner women gain their weight. I am always conscious of that little bulge there in my tummy.
I voted for abdomen too. Actually my stomach is fairly flat, it's these stupid love handles I have that I can't stand ... and can't seem to get rid of!! We'll see if continuing Pilates helps ...
