Getting Back to the Gym

OK, I've made up my mind to start going back to the gym 3 days a week. I figured 2 days I'd do the elliptical machine, but was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what machines I should use to tone my stomach and back - both of which could use a little work! ;-) Any suggestion, links, advice would be welcome!

Hey Michelle,
Abs and Back exercise are sooo important to keep those core muscles strong so that the rest of your exercise regimen isn't compromised by poor posture!
