What's the Most you Can See yourself Exercising in a Week?
- 30 Minutes or Less Per Week
- 1 Hour Per Week / 10 Minutes Per Day
- 2 Hours Per Week / 15 Minutes Per Day
- 3 Hours Per Week / 20 Minutes Per Day
- 4 Hours Per Week / 30 Minutes Per Day
- 5 Hours Per Week / 45 Minutes Per Day
- 6 Hours or More Per Week / 1 Hour or More Per Day
- Exercise? What the heck is that?

I voted for the 5 hours per week. That is the MOST I can see myself exercising in a week and really should strive for that goal!

As you all know from my previous post I'm living at the gym right now. I'm doing between 7-8 hours a week. Only good thing is husband is being supportive, has even volunteered to pick up the girls from daycare so I can go straight from work.

Hey thats not high enough for me! I voted 6 hrs/week but I'm already doing that. I'd say the MOST would be 10-15 hours/week.

I chose 5 hours a week. The yoga workout I do most frequently is exactly 45 minutes and I've been mixing it up with a 30 minute Pilates workout. But I think 5 hours per week is my limit right now. Shooting for anything more than that will probably overwhelm me at this point.
Well I voted for 4 - 30 minutes a day.
According to Health Canada to be physically active, adult Canadian (age 25-55) should engage in one hour of low-intensity activity each day; or 30-60 minutes of moderate activity 4-7 days a week; or 20-30 minutes of vigorous activity 4-7 days a week.
Low insensity activity can be picking up children, gardening, mowing the lawn, etc so its not totally off.
