So far so good. I'm doing better preparing ahead for the evenings this week. We had some tote and carry issues with the kids last weekend so I'm getting everyone's plans up front so I can plan my workout time around it a little better.
My eating has been a little off. But working out the kinks.
So far my week is going really well. The kids (and myself) are settling back into a familiar routine. It's funny some of them have noticed little changes we made in the room, and are slowly bringing them to my attention...."Teacher, did you know that the garbage is in the wrong place?" It's cute!
I think I'm having a pretty good week. I've been pretty good about sticking with my diet and exercise plans and keeping up with my water intake. Hopefully I can keep it up for the rest of the week! No complaints on my end!
Same old same old. have made it to the gym every nigth this week for an hour and have worked out two morning at home for 35 minutes and no change in the scale. 3rd week of this schedule and the only change is my Laundry is piling up, my husband is starting to complain that I'm never home and the hosue is more messy than normal. Would not feel bad if I was seeing results. Hate to be such a complainer but the only thing I can think of is to go to a doctor and have a a workup maybe I have a thryroid problem or something. Going to check on that today.
