I'm so excited! It comes with a book just like the SI6 stuff.
It has a total of 6 workouts and several "programs". Workouts include Tone It Up, Firm It Up, Shape It Up, Mix It Up, Tear It Up, and Cool It Off.
For example if you are finishing up the SI6 program you should start with a "RECOVERY' week. Yippie!! I will so need that.
For example: Recovery Week (list of workouts you should do for the week)
- Monday - Cool it off
- Tuesday - Cool it off
- Wednesday - Firm it up
- Thursday - Cool it off
- Friday - Tone it up
- Saturday - Cool it off
- Friday - Cool it off
Then it has a SI6 Recovery Week 2, Maintenance Program, Torso Toning, Lower Body, Slim Training and finally the I Bought All the Videos and Dang It I'm Gonna Use "em routine. All of which use a combination of the 6 workouts. Plus the SI6 workouts as well but wouldn't have to have SI6 to do this stuff either though it does say most of these are moderate to difficult level. The recovery weeks are the only easy. Of course, it recommends you do the SI6 first.
It recommends you do each program for about 4 weeks then do a recovery week before starting another.
Think I might be able to handle this.

I don't think I'll always do six days myself. Upon closer inspection all work outs range between 60 to 80 minutes long. So some days I think I will just do the shorter ab or stretch workout from the original SI6. Looks like the program can be flexible so I'll do what I can. The key for me will be keeping from doing too much so that I start to hate it yet not letting myself fall off to nearly nothing.
Gretchen that sounds great!!
