A good rule of thumb for figuring out how much you should be lifting:


When you can perform 12 to 15 reps using excellent form, it's time to increase the weight used by 5%. In weight training, always use weights you can handle. Remember, we are training our bodies not our egos.

Thanks for the reminder, I love the part about training our bodies not our egos, and I know I'm bad for trying to life the absolute most I can handle, and probably not doing it properly.
