-tried to post this this morning before work, but it was so s-l-o-w I gave up!
I already have been to the park once, and it wasn't as hot as I thought it would be. Hopefully get there again this week, and some biking, and my stretching at night. I should make the minimum, I'm going to do my best ;-)

I'm trying for Walking and Biking this week!
Right now my plan is to take a FULL lunch, eat my sandwhich and veggies, then use the remaining time to walk. That should give me at least 45 minutes, but definitely 30 for each day.
Just got back from my first walk and it was so pleasant out. I really love it here!
I'm going to continue with my DVD's and possily try to log some time at the gym to mix it up a little bit!

Yoga and walking, for the most part ... it's great walking weather here now! I'll mix in some Pilates too.
