Well as part of this week's challenge we are looking at what we eat - so along those lines . . .
What usually puts you over the edge calorie wise - carbs, fat, sugar?

What usually puts you over the edge calorie wise - carbs, fat, sugar?
- USUALLY its sugar - I have a serious sweet tooth and am a chocolate FIEND! LOL
What kind of foods do you consider comfort foods?
- Chocolate is at the top of the list, followed by pasta (spaghetti, mac n cheese)
What guilty foods do you know you could cut down on? How about those that you won't cut down on?
- I could cut down on the mac n cheese by not making it for the kids anymore (I always eat the leftovers)

Definitely carbs in my case. Pasta, potatoes, rice...... Sweets I can basically take or leave, though I will get the occasional craving!
What kind of foods do you consider comfort foods?
Mashed potatoes, with LOTS of white pepper, butter and perhaps a gravy....

Carbs

Soup. Especially Minestrone and clam cowder. Sometimes it has to be the cowder to comfort me :)

Everything. I just throw out "creamery puff" I bought for DD who lost intereste of it in the 2nd puff. I got addicted to it knowing that 99% of it is fat :(

His comfort foods are pastas and heavy sauces, althought they are tomatoe based; if I could just talk him out of adding sausage, but won't happen. I can't think of anything I won't cut down on. I still want to have ice cream or a piece of Godiva once in a while, and some good ol' white mashed potatoes, but I can eat less of those things, or have them less frequently.
