I go to bed between 8 and 9pm. Of course, I have to Tivo most of the TV shows that I like and watch them on the weekends. It's a grueling regimen, but will be well worth it if I can get back to my desired weight, while improving my self-esteem and confidence. I must admit, I feel extremely energized after working out. I usually start going into zombie mode by 6pm but force myself to stay up and alert til 8 at the minimum.

I forgot to add that my doctor stressed that it's better to exercise in the morning versus the evening. I was told that you burn up to three times more fat or calories (I can't remember which one).

I know when I manage to get up and exercise I do feel better, but honestly right now I'll settle for whenever I have the time! LOL
