My week is going pretty good despite being a bit hectic. Gotten 2 work outs in and hoping for a 3rd today.
*Spraying a little Lysol* got to keep those germs away!!!
Yuck.
It has been a crazy busy week at work and I almost lost it yesterday. Haven't worked out since Monday morning but hoping to get back on track tonight! My eating has sucked the past 2 days as well.
Hopefully when I leave work today I can get back in the right mindset!

Its been a very hectic week for me to, boss is out of town for 3 weeks and our new employee flaked called off, and left me to fend for myself. Had to scramble to get things right and then the server crashed and we were down for half a day. Husband bday yesterday so could not make it to the gy, tonight my daughter is performing for the drill team, so no gym again and tommorow same thing, but I did go 2 hours on Monday 70 mintues on Tuesday 45 Minutes at lunch yesterday and plant go at least the 45 mintues at lunch tommorow. Eating is on track and have seen a number on the scale so I'm doing good and feeling pretty well taht I stayed on track. Saturday we have abig party planned for my mom's bday and Sunday just veg.
