For the most part I've done pretty well this week, today I got a little sidetracked! Oops.....this is the first week w/out any meetings to attend. It's been nice!

I've been doing pretty well food-wise this week, but haven't exercised as much as usual because I was convinced I was getting sick for the past three days. Today I feel back to normal and did do Pilates last night.

Thanks IG! The upside is that my Pilates workout includes weights so I haven't totally blown it on this week's challenge. :)
