Excellent article. I have to say, since I've been doing yoga consistently for the past 6-7 months, I have felt a much better state of overall well-being. I also feel stronger and more flexible. It's just a great overall exercise and I notice a difference when I don't do it for a week or so.
In my personal experience with yoga it's been great for my back and just releiving overall physical tension from my body caused by stress!!!
