I meant to put a 'not interested' choice in there, and apparently you cannot edit a poll post! In any case like I said to Darla (in the October Roll Call post) I think a 16 week challenge is too long for a board challenge. Something more of a 6-10 week challenge works better.


I was looking at the Fitness 8 week challenge (that was in Miranda's 'Bits & Pieces' post). It looks like something I'd be interested in. It has a number of things included:



Feel Strong and Energized


Ramp Up Your Routine


Lose Weight


Eat Healthier


Cultivate Confidence


Take Back Your Time


Boost Your Mood

At the moment I'm looking at beginning at the end of October (Miranda and I will need some time to orchestrate something) and ending around Christmas.
